Drew Bernstein, CPA and Managing Partner

Mr. Bernstein co-founded Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP (B&P) in 1983, a fast growing accounting firm headquartered in New York. Mr. Bernstein’s early recognition of the global marketplace and his extensive travel in the People's Republic of China resulted in the aggressive expansion of the company's services to Beijing where he has established an associate office to better serve expanding client needs. In addition, his diverse experience in retail manufacturing, hospitality, professional practices and real estate expanded his client base abroad. Mr. Bernstein, fluent in the French language, provides business advisory and specialized auditing services to clients throughout Europe including the Czech Republic, France, Slovenia, Germany, Switzerland and in Israel.

Mr. Bernstein serves as an accountant and advisor to numerous real estate entities across the United States that have been responsible for more than 200 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of US$3 billion.

Mr. Bernstein is qualified to perform accounting and audit services for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) companies and has qualified as an expert witness. He is an active member of the board of directors and an officer of a prestigious foundation that was honored with the President’s Voluntary Action Award by the late President Ronald Regan.

Mr. Bernstein received his BS degree from the University of Maryland Business School, is licensed in the State of New York and is a member of the AICPA, the NYSSCPA and the NSA.

Neil Pinchuk, CPA and Managing Partner

Mr. Pinchuk, cofounder of Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP, has more than 25 years of experience with manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, professional entertainers, professional athletes, professional practices, nonprofit entities, the US Dept. of Housing and Urban Development, investment funds, broker-dealers and real estate projects.

Mr. Pinchuk has a wide range of expertise including audits and consulting for public and non-public companies, multi-state taxation, partnership and corporate taxation, US taxation of foreign companies and investors, payroll and sales taxes and taxability of like-kind exchanges.

Mr. Pinchuk serves clients internationally including Denmark, Germany, Israel and France in forming US companies, complying with US federal, state, and local tax laws as well as complying with Securities and Exchange Commission and US accounting standards and regulations.

Mr. Pinchuk is an expert witness in state court and is a member of the board of directors and an officer of a prestigious foundation that was honored with the President’s Voluntary Action Award by the late President Ronald Reagan. He graduated with honors from the accelerated accounting program at the State University of New York at Albany and received his CPA license from the State of New York. He is a member of the AICPA, NYSSCPA and the NSA.
