Lawrence Wizel, CPA
Mr. Wizel has 41 years of experience serving a diverse client base of publicly held and private companies. Prior to joining Bernstein & Pinchuk LLP as a special technical advisor, he held the position of Partner and Deputy Professional Practice Director and a leader in the Technology Group of the New York office at Deloitte & Touche. In addition to these responsibilities, Mr. Wizel was also the Northeast Region China Service Group Leader. He is experienced in all aspects of the SEC Commission filings, including initial public offerings, merges and acquisition transactions, periodic reporting and has extensive expertise with multinational /multiple location companies. He has specialized knowledge of a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, telecommunications, service and internet/high technology companies.
Mr. Wizel serves as a Director and Chairman of the audit committee for three public companies each listed on a major exchange. He has over ten years of experience working in China where he participated in numerous public offerings providing technical consulting services and is a speaker at many industry and professional conferences.
Mr. Wizel is a member of the NYSSCPA, AICPA and is certified in the State of New York.
Xue Yan Li, CPA
Mrs. Li is fluent in English and Mandarin. She has experience in audits of public and non-public entities and tax preparation services for corporations and individuals in diverse industries, including real estate, manufacturing, import/export, computer software development, retailing, mortgage banking, media and advertising.
She received her BBA, magna cum laude, in public accountancy from Baruch College/CUNY. She is a member of the AICPA and the NYSSCPA.
Octavio Chacon
Mr. Chacon is fluent in English and Spanish. He has many years of experience in tax preparation services for corporations and individuals as well as auditing services for public and non-public companies, including benefit plan audits across the U.S.
His broad expertise spans a variety of industries, including retail and wholesale food and beverages, computer software development, pharmaceutical preparations, metal mining, crude petroleum and natural gas, and manufacturing.
Mr. Chacon received his BS degree in Accounting from Hunter College/CUNY in New York City.
Boris Chamorro
Mr. Chamorro is fluent in English and Spanish. He has more than 10 years experience in individual, corporate and fiduciary U.S. taxation.
His area of expertise is small-business taxation with a concentration in the real estate industry.
